This curated menu changes with the seasons to incorporate the current flavors. The warm vanilla spice + lemon blueberry basil have been with Baked from the beginning as they became favorited by our clients.
Designer cakes are all priced differently, as, just like our clients all of the cakes are unique. Designed specially for each person the price determined by the intricacy of the design. The standard pricing is based off a simple design.
Flavor
These cakes are all made with Swiss meringue buttercream. It is lighter, silkier + less sweet than traditional buttercream allowing the flavors to shine through.
TRIPLE CHOCOLATE
Dark chocolate cake with chocolate ganache + milk chocolate buttercream
VANILLA BEAN
Vanilla bean cake soaked with vanilla bean syrup + vanilla buttercream
Classic Almond
Light almond cake with almond buttercream
PISTACHIO RASPBERRY
Pistachio cake with raspberry filling + raspberry buttercream.
SALTED CARAMEL
Alternating chocolate & vanilla cake with salted caramel + caramel buttercream
WARM VANILLA SPICE
Vanilla spice cake + cinnamon buttercream
THE CANNOLI
Chocolate chip cake soaked with rum + cannoli filling + chocolate ganache
COFFEE + CREAM
Chocolate espresso cake + vanilla bean filling + mocha buttercream
PECAN PRALINE + BOURBON
Vanilla bean cake with bourbon pecan praline finished with a caramel buttercream
COCONUT CLOUD
Coconut cake + toasted coconut + coconut buttercream

Lemon cake soaked in basil syrup paired with blueberry filling & lemon buttercream

All cakes are custom designed, and final pricing depends on size and design details.

6-inch (tall, 4 layers): Starting at $95 -
Serves approximately 12–16 people
8-inch (tall, 4 layers): Starting at $135 -
Serves approximately 20–26 people
10-inch (tall, 4 layers): Starting at $175 -
Serves approximately 30–38 people
Design enhancements such as textured buttercream, gold leaf, fresh florals, dried florals, piping, custom colors, and stenciling are additional and quoted based on the final look.
Delivery
Pickup in Shakopee is free.
Local delivery starts at $25 and varies by distance.

A 50% retainer is required to secure your date.
